For Mr Ngo Quoc Cuong, President of Quoc Huy Anh Corporation (QHA), a leading Vietnamese paper and silicone sealant organisation (Apollo Silicone), connections are currency. He believes that establishing and nurturing good client relationships lie at the core of all successful businesses. As we welcome another new year in our 20-year partnership with QHA, Mr Ngo shares the reasons behind the company’s success.
It’s good to see you, Mr Ngo. Could you tell us more about what your company does?
Since 2003, we have been deeply involved in the pulp and paper industry. Initially, QHA cooperated with and distributed a variety of world-famous paper brands, including PaperOne. Working with APRIL, we found that QHA and APRIL both share the same mutual goal, which is to provide our customers with high-quality products and top-of-the-line services. Ultimately, I decided to choose PaperOne as the only high-end office paper brand to distribute in the Vietnamese market until today.
What would you say is the most enjoyable aspect of your work?
One of my favourite parts of the job is seeing clients satisfied with our products and services. They have always been supportive and accompanied us through difficult periods. At the same time, we also shared and enjoyed every business victory with our valued customers. For QHA, the way we care for our customers is what comes from the bottom of our hearts. Our dedication to our customers is deeply rooted in our core values, aligning with our overarching business principle of "Win-win-win."
How long has your company been a partner of PaperOne and what prompted the collaboration?
We have been a proud partner of PaperOne for two decades. What impressed us at first was PaperOne’s extensive range of high-quality products that are truly designed to cater to diverse demands. We have been using PaperOne Digital, PaperOne All Purpose and PaperOne Copier. Since its inception, the partnership has stood the test of time and continues to be one of our longest and most successful collaborations.
We’ve also always admired the way PaperOne evolves with the times, as demonstrated by their innovative business approaches as well as strong expertise to push out high quality products. When they proposed working together to develop a new line of premium paper products, it was definitely an exciting business opportunity that we did not want to miss out on!
What makes the partnership with PaperOne so enduring?
The root of our successful partnership is seeded in our shared emphasis on customer satisfaction. After all, client communication is of paramount importance in any business. Over the years, we’ve put in time and effort to listen to our customers’ pain points so as to better anticipate their needs. This sets us apart from our competitors. Likewise, PaperOne provides the same level of service and care to its stakeholders, ensuring long and fruitful relationships.

Most certainly. PaperOne’s products are designed according to high industry standards. Furthermore, its paper products, constructed from premium materials, boost durability that has also allowed us to consistently deliver top-quality results that meet and even exceed our clients’ expectations.

Indeed! An important consideration for our collaboration was PaperOne’s commitment to the environment and our community. Today’s consumer landscape has changed. People are well-informed, environmentally aware, and empowered to make discerning choices. Companies that fail to adapt to these shifting dynamics and make meaningful changes risk losing their competitive edge.
